More About Us
-
We believe the best work happens when values and mission are aligned. That’s why we choose our partners carefully, working only with organizations, leaders, and coalitions whose goals strengthen workers, communities, and the public good. Our goal is to help leaders, agencies, and organizations do great work by building lasting capacity, trusted relationships, and meaningful impact.
-
Every project we take on is different, so there is no one size fits all. We begin by listening, understanding your goals, your stakeholders, and the challenges you face. We pair that with our own experience of where we can add value. We will never promise something that we are not confident we can deliver. From there we strive to work alongside our clients as trusted partners, not “outside consultants.”
-
Over the last 20 years we have worked on too many projects to name, but some highlights are:

Negotiated and implemented collective bargaining agreements covering tens of thousands of workers.
Directed statewide electoral, legislative, and public affairs campaigns.
Oversaw multimillion dollar organizations, budgets, and benefit trust funds with strong fiduciary governance.
Helped fight for increased funding for K-12 public education and strengthen labor standards across Washington.
Successfully help implement one of the largest local union mergers in recent history, including navigating the complexity of merging staff, finances, dies systems, and infrastructure
Helped elect local, statewide, and federal candidates with organizational goals at the center of our approach.
